This was the intertwining week I have ever met--all of my orders got into troubles, seriously.
First, I wrote the wrong production order about solar arrow board and led traffic light to the workshop and sent the wrong products to the customer. That was my fault that didn’t check the detail order clearly. I had to take my responsibility, said sorry to the customer and explained everything, remade the right led solar arrow board and traffic lights to send and bear all the cost(include value of goods and freight cost). What a bad luck!
And then before I prepared to send out another goods, the engineers told me that I made a wrong plan for my customer, it lacked of something important. After I tried my effort to explain and persuaded the customer to pay more money buy it successfully, I felt relieved. But then someone in the workshop told that there was something wrong with the battery and the goods may not be sent out on time. This news tear my nerves! If the goods can not be sent in time, the delivery date would be delayed totally one week! I was tired to handle the continuous troubles. Fortunately, the managers asked me to persuade customer to accept another kind of battery, and she did accept. Finally, goods can be sent out in time.
After all these troubles, I felt tired. But at the same time, I got some more skills to handle some troubles and emergencies.
