How is the traffic camera detector and traffic signal controller work

  An actuated vehicle traffic signal with a traffic video detector for the intersection.
  how is the traffic system work?
  1.the traffic camera detector will scan the road, and analysis there  have a vehicle on the road or pass the road or not. if there have a vehicle pass the road, the camera video detector will output a signal to the traffic signal controller.
   2.the traffic signal controller receives a signal from the camera detector,  it will operation and give green signal time to the signal light.
  3.the traffic camera not only for detection the vehicle, also can used for NVR(traffic accident record).
  4.if the traffic camera fault, it will output an error signal to the traffic signal controller. Then the traffic signal controller can run the plan program.
